I am a Filipino!

Ako ay isang tunay na Pilipino! This will be and always be my shout whenever someone will ask my nationality.
I’m a Filipino and I’m so proud of it. I’m proud of our culture, and also our own language. Being a Filipino is not only about being born and staying here in the Philippines but also by using our own language and telling to the world that you are a Filipino. We should be proud of what we are and who we are. Our language was founded by Manuel L. Quezon and he fought for it so that we can have the freedom to use it during the early days. Let’s not forget all of these sacrifices of our ancestors. What can we do? It’s simple. We should be proud of it, use it and believe in it.

If we do all this things, one day we will step out and be seen by the world united and confident being a FILIPINO!

New World

There have been so many advancements for the past years. It made our works easy and faster. But this new things have disadvantages also like it brought us some health problems. All this things were done because of Science and Technology.

For me, the most useful invention yet is Cellular Phones. Why? It’s because we can now talk to pour friends just a click away. No matter how far our friends are, we can still share our problems or thoughts to them. One thing that wonders me also is the Internet. Just like cell phones, we can communicate with our friends in any part of the globe by using the Internet. It is not only communication it brings but also fun, entertainment and satisfaction. But sometimes, Internet becomes an addiction especially to teenagers like me who is fun playing games online. This only proves that products of Science and Technology have disadvantages. Technologies also modernize our transportation. Traveling is now easier because of newly invented transportation.

Although, we are now experiencing the easy way of living because of this inventions we should not forget the all of these things is not permanent and can harm our lives. Let’s remember not to abuse using this technologies.

All Done!

Another grading is done. I can't believe that we are now on the second semester for this school year.
During the second grading period, I admit that I had a difficulty coping up with the activities for I didn't attend my classes for almost a month because those were the days when we are having our intensive training for the Milo Little Olympics Luzon. This is also the reason why some of my blogs were posted late.
I spend the remaining days of the last grading rushing blogs and activities. Even though I was left behind, there are still so many things that I learned. I learned on how to use the HTML Tags and it was a total disaster. At first, I was frustrated because I can't understand this activity. There were so many things to type and sometimes the computer is going crazy. But still I have to be patient so that I can finished all the activities I missed.
The second grading period was a super busy day for me. I learned so many things in this subject. Honestly, I learned so many lessons in life this grading period because of the so many problems I encountered. This things will be so handy for me for the days to come.

red-blooded young person

For almost 4 years that I am studying at Ilocos Sur National High School, I can say that I have met the greatest persons who are heroes for all of us in so many years. Each of the ISNHS teachers is a hero. They do not just teach their students what is on their lesson plans but also lessons which they learned from their experiences.

"I like teaching. I love talking and explaining theories and laws", this was his answer when I asked him why did he choose to be a teacher. This youthful and intelligent teacher is not just a “sir” to us but a brother. He helps us to bring out the best in ourselves especially in our game. Everyday he finds time to meet the ISNHS Taekwondo team and even though he is tired teaching the whole day, he will still have the energy to train us.

He is still young but polished and I can say that this guy is heroic. Kuya Alvin, as I call him, is always there to counsel us in any difficulty that we have. He is so much approachable and understanding to us but sometimes he is also "pasaway" and that’s so okay for us. He is a red-blooded young person!

Sir/Kuya Alvin Jake Pajo, a teacher, a trainer, a brother and a HERO.

Wastong nutrisyon kailangan, Lifestyla diseases iwasan

There is no greater wealth than a persons health.

It pays to be healthy.A healthy person has more energy for work and play.Basic health practices are often taken for granted or ignored.Good habits such as brushing the teeth regularly, taking a bath daily, washing our hands before eating, consulting the doctor from time to time are often get neglected. Rumors of an epidemic can cause persons to panic because they do not know what to do and they cant cope with it. Despite the many health benefits that are written about A(H1N1),for instance, they are usually neglected. We should always pay attention on every announcement the Department Of Health makes so that we can all be brief on any disease.

Good health leads to a longer, fuller and more fruitful life.Health is life's true wealth, especially when all the members of the family and the community enjoy its benefits. We should bear in mind the saying ,"An ounce of prevention is worth pound of cure."

Computer education, a great help to us students. It helps us to understand and appreciate what this technology is.

For a few months only, I have learned so much like the history of internet, using the URL, easier way to search and so much more. I discovered also that blogging is the easiest way to express you to the whole world. This so called blogging also gives us, the teens, chance to share our opinions to a certain issue happening to this country and to this world and gives us also the chance to share our feelings on anything.(“,).
On the other hand, I had some problems on accomplishing our activities on this subject because sometimes the internet connection of the computer is failing. I didn’t have any difficulty in making my blog but the next day I can’t open it anymore. I think it’s because of the so many passwords and acconts I’m using.

This scenario made me feel so annoyed because I have finish and post my first ever blog on that account. I hadn’t have any other choice than to create another blog.I am hoping that the next batch of students who would use Computer Room 1 of Ilocos Sur National High school will not suffer the same problem we have today which is the lack of computer units and the slow access of internet. I also hope that our principal or even the employees of this school will have the guts to seek help to the government or any personality which can help the school restore the computer units and maintain them so that students will not have the difficulty to do activities for the Information and Communication Technology
