I am a Filipino!

Ako ay isang tunay na Pilipino! This will be and always be my shout whenever someone will ask my nationality.
I’m a Filipino and I’m so proud of it. I’m proud of our culture, and also our own language. Being a Filipino is not only about being born and staying here in the Philippines but also by using our own language and telling to the world that you are a Filipino. We should be proud of what we are and who we are. Our language was founded by Manuel L. Quezon and he fought for it so that we can have the freedom to use it during the early days. Let’s not forget all of these sacrifices of our ancestors. What can we do? It’s simple. We should be proud of it, use it and believe in it.

If we do all this things, one day we will step out and be seen by the world united and confident being a FILIPINO!

New World

There have been so many advancements for the past years. It made our works easy and faster. But this new things have disadvantages also like it brought us some health problems. All this things were done because of Science and Technology.

For me, the most useful invention yet is Cellular Phones. Why? It’s because we can now talk to pour friends just a click away. No matter how far our friends are, we can still share our problems or thoughts to them. One thing that wonders me also is the Internet. Just like cell phones, we can communicate with our friends in any part of the globe by using the Internet. It is not only communication it brings but also fun, entertainment and satisfaction. But sometimes, Internet becomes an addiction especially to teenagers like me who is fun playing games online. This only proves that products of Science and Technology have disadvantages. Technologies also modernize our transportation. Traveling is now easier because of newly invented transportation.

Although, we are now experiencing the easy way of living because of this inventions we should not forget the all of these things is not permanent and can harm our lives. Let’s remember not to abuse using this technologies.

All Done!

Another grading is done. I can't believe that we are now on the second semester for this school year.
During the second grading period, I admit that I had a difficulty coping up with the activities for I didn't attend my classes for almost a month because those were the days when we are having our intensive training for the Milo Little Olympics Luzon. This is also the reason why some of my blogs were posted late.
I spend the remaining days of the last grading rushing blogs and activities. Even though I was left behind, there are still so many things that I learned. I learned on how to use the HTML Tags and it was a total disaster. At first, I was frustrated because I can't understand this activity. There were so many things to type and sometimes the computer is going crazy. But still I have to be patient so that I can finished all the activities I missed.
The second grading period was a super busy day for me. I learned so many things in this subject. Honestly, I learned so many lessons in life this grading period because of the so many problems I encountered. This things will be so handy for me for the days to come.

red-blooded young person

For almost 4 years that I am studying at Ilocos Sur National High School, I can say that I have met the greatest persons who are heroes for all of us in so many years. Each of the ISNHS teachers is a hero. They do not just teach their students what is on their lesson plans but also lessons which they learned from their experiences.

"I like teaching. I love talking and explaining theories and laws", this was his answer when I asked him why did he choose to be a teacher. This youthful and intelligent teacher is not just a “sir” to us but a brother. He helps us to bring out the best in ourselves especially in our game. Everyday he finds time to meet the ISNHS Taekwondo team and even though he is tired teaching the whole day, he will still have the energy to train us.

He is still young but polished and I can say that this guy is heroic. Kuya Alvin, as I call him, is always there to counsel us in any difficulty that we have. He is so much approachable and understanding to us but sometimes he is also "pasaway" and that’s so okay for us. He is a red-blooded young person!

Sir/Kuya Alvin Jake Pajo, a teacher, a trainer, a brother and a HERO.
